Daily Housekeeping Service
Your stateroom is serviced twice daily:
- Morning Service: Bed making, bathroom cleaning, towel replacement
- Evening Turndown: Fresh towels, chocolates, and tomorrow's program
- Vacuum cleaning and trash removal
- Restocking of toiletries and amenities
- Fun towel animals (upon request)
Room Service
Complimentary 24-hour room service available:
- Continental breakfast items
- Sandwiches, salads, and light meals
- Hot and cold beverages
- Late-night snacks
- Special dietary options available
Premium room service menu available for additional charge ($4.95 delivery fee per order).
Laundry Services
Keep your clothes fresh during longer cruises:
- Self-Service Launderettes: Washers, dryers, and ironing stations on Decks 6 & 8
- Laundry Service: Wash, dry, and fold service ($19 per bag)
- Dry Cleaning: Professional cleaning for formal wear
- Pressing Service: Quick touch-ups for wrinkled items
Stateroom Amenities Restocking
Request additional items from your stateroom attendant:
- Extra pillows and blankets
- Additional towels and washcloths
- Ice buckets and glasses
- Toiletries and bathroom supplies
- Hair dryer and iron (if not provided)
Special Requests
Your stateroom attendant can help with:
- Early or late housekeeping service
- Do not disturb preferences
- Birthday or anniversary celebrations
- Flower delivery arrangements
- Baby crib setup (advance notice required)
- Connecting room arrangements
Maintenance Issues
Report any problems immediately:
- Contact your stateroom attendant first
- Call Guest Services at extension 0
- Report issues via the interactive TV system
- Common issues: air conditioning, plumbing, electrical
Gratuities for Stateroom Attendant

- Automatic gratuity of $12.50 per person, per day is added to your account
- Additional cash tips can be given directly
