Make your embarkation day smooth and stress-free with our streamlined check-in and boarding process. Here's everything you need to know before you arrive at the port.
Online Check-in (Required)
Complete your check-in online 3-90 days before departure:
- Visit vistavoyage.com/check-in
- Enter your confirmation number and last name
- Upload photos and verify guest information
- Select your boarding time preference
- Print or save your boarding passes to your phone
Required Documents
Bring these documents to the terminal:
- Valid passport (recommended) or birth certificate with photo ID
- Printed boarding passes or mobile boarding passes
- Credit card for onboard purchases
- Any required visas for your destinations
- Travel insurance documentation (if purchased)
Arrival at the Terminal
For the smoothest experience:
- Arrive during your assigned boarding time window
- Have your documents ready before entering the terminal
- Check large luggage with porters outside the terminal
- Keep carry-on bags with essentials for the first day
Security and Check-in Process
What to expect at the terminal:
- Security screening similar to airports
- Document verification at check-in counters
- Photo for your SeaPass card (room key and onboard ID)
- Health screening questionnaire
- Proceed to the ship for boarding
Boarding Time Windows
Check-in times help manage terminal crowds:
- Suite Guests: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Loyalty Members: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- General Boarding: 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM
- Final Boarding: 3:30 PM (no exceptions after 4:00 PM)
